- The video should clearly show the unboxing process, including the condition of the packaging and the contents inside.
- Failure to provide video confirmation may result in a return or exchange request being denied.

- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will provide a refund.

- We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped. Please understand.
